About Our Client

My client is a general contracting and construction management firm specializing in pharmaceutical, healthcare, institutional, industrial, and commercial projects. Through high quality work they strive to be the construction contractor of choice for customers, subcontractors, suppliers and employees. My client is fully employee-owned with strong leadership to support their consistent project backlog.

Job Description

Leads project teams to ensure timely execution of all assigned tasks.
Establishes project budgets and manages cost.
Coaches, mentors, develops, and trains project management teams.
Maintains knowledge of contract requirements and addresses complex obstacles.
Maintains positive relationships with clients, owners, subcontractors, and design teams.
Ensures all risk management controls are implemented.
Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize impact.
Prepare and present project updates and reports to stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant

7-10+ years in the construction industry
Previous experience managing and leading projects
Industrial, Pharmaceutical, or Healthcare project experience
Knowledge of construction management software (Procore and Primavera)
Strong communication skills
Ability to run multiple projects simultaneously
