$400–$600/hr · Remote · You choose your caseload

Psychiatry without the grind. If RVUs, call, and inbox chaos have crowded out real clinical thinking, our collaborating Psychiatrist roles give you time and control back.

You’ll guide PMHNPs through a calm, remote rhythm—brief bi-weekly touchpoints and an annual quality review—while we provide agreement support plus simple workflows, templates, and reminders. Built by clinicians for clinicians, the model keeps admin light and your judgment at the center.

Our promises

About the role

Part-time, 100% remote Psychiatrist Collaborator (must live in MO). You set caseload and cadence; provide collaboration to PMHNPs. No clinic call or full-time admin.

What you’ll do

Sign and retain the written collaborative practice agreement and prescriptive authority (we provide the legal forms).
Provide bi-weekly check-ins and quality review.
Meet Missouri review standards: review 10% of all charts and 20% of controlled substance charts every 14 days.
Document activities on our platform for clean, simple compliance.

Time & structure

Contract · Part-time · 100% Remote
You choose your panel size and availability.

Compensation

$400–$650 per NP per month - if spending one hour per NP per month, that equals $400-$650/hour.

Illustrative monthly snapshots (actuals vary by panel & time):

3 PMHNPs: approximately $1,500–$1,950 per month
5 PMHNPs: approximately $2,500–$3,250 per month
6 PMHNPs: approximately $3,000–$3,900 per month

Multi-State Expansion: Many psychiatrists licensed in multiple states earn >$10,000 monthly by adding collaborations in GA + other licensed states (assignments comply with each state’s rules).

Requirements (Georgia)

MD/DO Psychiatrist (board-certified or board-eligible).
Active Missouri medical license and active DEA + BNDD, Living in Missouri
Comfortable supervising under a Nurse Protocol Agreement and meeting Missouri collaboration and quality review standards.
Comfortable with collaboration workflows and timely documentation.

Nice to have

Additional active state licenses (optional).
Prior experience collaborating with NPs.
