Drive and inspire engagement by shaping how change happens across the firm, focusing on changes impacting our field practice teams. You’ll craft change strategies, deliverables and compelling, multi-channel positioning that connects enterprise priorities to actionable steps for practice teams and other stakeholders, ensuring clarity and confidence through every stage of change. If you thrive on strategic thinking, collaboration, and making complex transitions feel seamless, this is your opportunity to make a meaningful impact for our practice teams.

What You'll Do:

Partner with leaders and teams to identify change impacts and risks, integrate efforts, and drive alignment across competing initiatives.
Lead strategic change and communication efforts for high-impact initiatives.
Lead strategic execution of cross-functional teams through matrix leadership
Design and execute end-to-end strategies and tactical solutions that align with priorities and deliver a seamless experience.
Balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution, bringing creativity and precision to the function.

5+ years of experience in change management, communications, or related fields. Specific change management experience strongly preferred.
Ability to lead matrix teams to achieve business outcomes
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Ability to manage multiple strategic initiatives concurrently.
Proficient in change management methodologies and tools, Prosci or equivalent certification preferred
Ability to interpret stakeholder needs into strategies and deliverables

Candidates that live within a commutable distance from our Tempe, AZ and St. Louis, MO home office locations are expected to work in the office four days per week.
