Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Site Manager to lead and oversee operations at our Sheltered Workshop facility. In this vital role, you will coordinate daily activities, supervise staff, ensure compliance with social service standards, and foster a supportive environment for individuals with developmental disabilities. Your leadership will drive program development, maintain high-quality service delivery, and promote a culture of respect, safety, and empowerment. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of underserved communities while managing complex programs with enthusiasm and professionalism.

Responsibilities

Lead the overall management of the sheltered workshop, ensuring smooth daily operations and adherence to organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
Supervise and support social service program staff, including providing coaching, training, and performance evaluations to foster team growth.
Manage all workshop operations and daily site activities.
Maintain strong relationships with clients, families, community partners, and stakeholders to promote engagement and collaborative success.
Oversee administrative functions such as budgeting, documentation, compliance reporting, and maintaining accurate records using Microsoft Office tools.
Ensure safety protocols are followed consistently; conduct regular inspections of the facility to uphold health and safety standards.
Analyze operational performance and service data to optimize efficiency.
Lead efforts in program development to expand services for underserved populations while ensuring quality standards are met or exceeded.

Experience

Proven experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or disabilities in a social service setting.
Demonstrated leadership in social services administration or program management, including supervising staff and managing teams effectively.
Strong relationship management skills to build trust with clients, families, community partners, and team members.
Extensive administrative experience involving budgeting, compliance oversight, report writing, and client communication.
