Clae Solutions is hiring motivated Sales Representatives to help homeowners and renters save money through Community Solar.

Community Solar allows customers to receive clean energy credits from local solar farms without installing solar panels or paying any upfront costs. Customers lower their electric bills while supporting renewable energy, making this an easy-to-understand solution with real financial benefits.

If you're motivated by unlimited earning potential, enjoy meeting new people, and want to represent a product that helps customers save money, we'd like to meet you.

What You'll Do

Generate new customer leads through assigned territories, community events, and neighborhood outreach
Educate homeowners and renters about Community Solar programs
Explain how customers can reduce their monthly electricity costs
Enroll qualified customers in approved Community Solar programs
Guide customers through a simple enrollment process
Build and maintain positive customer relationships
Track sales activity and meet performance goals

What We're Looking For

Sales experience is preferred but not required
Experience in door-to-door, retail, telecommunications, home improvement, roofing, home security, wireless, automotive, or solar sales is a plus
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Positive attitude with a strong work ethic
Self-motivated and goal-oriented
Reliable transportation
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and some weekends
High school diploma or GED
