Full Job Description

AEGIS Law is a national law firm headquartered in Frontenac, Missouri, is seeking a dynamic and motivated IT Coordinator to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a hands-on technology professional who enjoys supporting users, improving systems, and working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

As the IT Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and supporting the firm’s internal IT operations for both local and hybrid employees. You will play a key role in ensuring our technology systems run efficiently, securely, and seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities

The IT Coordinator is responsible for all internal IT functions, including but not limited to:

Administering NetDocuments software and related integrations
Connecting and managing third-party applications within NetDocuments
Training employees on NetDocuments and evolving artificial intelligence tools
Setting up new computers and decommissioning older equipment
Creating and maintaining specialized workflows between NetDocuments and TimeSolv billing software
Developing training videos and providing one-on-one training for firm software applications
Managing employee compliance with firm security and document management systems
Setting up and maintaining billing templates in TimeSolv
Providing routine IT support for all firm employees
Monitoring ZOHO Help Desk and resolving tickets within an appropriate timeframe
Managing employee software subscriptions, including NetDocuments, Microsoft 365, Adobe Pro, TimeSolv, Westlaw, AI tools, and other platforms
Managing relationships with software vendors
Installing, upgrading, and maintaining software and hardware on company devices
Ensuring seamless integration across software and hardware systems

Qualifications

Minimum of two years of experience in IT support, network management, or system administration
Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work with both technical and non-technical personnel

Pay: $40,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
