Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Line Cook to join our culinary team with DINNER shift availability and SUNDAYS .In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking menu items with precision and care, ensuring every dish meets our quality standards. The ideal candidate is passionate about food, enjoys working in a lively environment, and is eager to contribute to a positive dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities

Prepare ingredients and cook menu items according to established recipes and presentation standards.
Assist in food preparation tasks such as chopping, slicing, and portioning ingredients efficiently.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen station, including proper food handling and storage practices.
Support the team during busy service hours by ensuring timely meal preparation and plating.
Follow all food safety protocols to ensure a safe environment for staff and guests.
Help with inventory management by monitoring supplies and reporting shortages or issues promptly.
Collaborate with team members to deliver excellent food service and uphold the restaurant’s standards.

Experience

Previous kitchen experience in restaurants or food industry settings is required.
Familiarity with food handling, safety regulations, and basic culinary techniques.
Experience with menu planning, meal preparation, and food presentation is a plus.
Strong knife skills and knowledge of cooking methods are highly desirable.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
