Location: Fenton, MO (In-Person)

Job Type: Full-Time (Monday–Friday)

The Neighborly Group of St Louis is looking for an upbeat Staff Accountant to help grow our accounting and finance department. We are a group of home services businesses that service the St Louis area in Plumbing, Electrical, HVAC and Restoration. We value our team members and want to partner with you for a brighter future.

Our team has grown tremendously over the last 9 years, and we are looking for a future accounting and finance leader to grow with us. We need players that are curious, motivated, and proactive about solving problems. This position has become available as a result of our growth and the upward movement of our current accounting and finance team; this is a massive opportunity for the right individual to get in at the ground floor of a rapidly growing company. If you have been overlooked for growth in your current role and would like an opportunity to shine, please apply.

This role consists of supporting our core financial processes, including general ledger maintenance, month-end tasks, reconciliations, and accounts payable. You will work closely with our leadership team to expand your accounting expertise and learn the ins and outs of scaling multi-brand operations.

Education & Experience: Recent graduates with a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field are highly encouraged to apply. Bonus: Some public accounting experience or a relevant internship is a huge boost!
