Location: Creve Coeur, MO

Position Available: Concierge Physician – Family or Internal Medicine

Salary: $250,000 Guaranteed Base Salary + Full Panel Incentive up to $300k

Perks & Benefits

$250,000 guaranteed base salary, not a draw and not production-dependent
Panel incentive: additional $10,000 for every 100 patients on your panel, up to 500, reaching $300,000 at full panel
401(k) with employer contribution
Medical/Dental/Vision
$3,500 annual CME allowance plus paid CME days, separate from vacation
Malpractice coverage at $1M per occurrence / $3M aggregate, including tail coverage paid by the practice
4 weeks paid vacation plus 10 paid holidays

Job Description

As our Concierge Physician, you'll provide comprehensive primary care to a panel capped at 500 patients, with same- or next-day access and visits that aren't run by the clock. Your scope will run wider than traditional primary care, covering longevity and preventive medicine with advanced screenings and in-office diagnostics, physician-supervised hormone therapy, physician-led weight management with real metabolic monitoring, body composition and nutrition counseling, and chronic disease management done the way it should be. You'll coordinate specialist referrals alongside support staff who carry the prior authorizations and referral logistics, and maintain accurate records with timely follow-up, charting for the patient rather than for the claim.

Education & Work Experience Requirements

Board certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
Active MD or DO License in the state of Missouri, or license-eligible prior to start
3+ years in primary care, or a recent graduate whose training and references make the case
Genuine interest in long-term patient relationships and the concierge model
Interest in preventive, longevity, hormone, or metabolic medicine, or the appetite to build it
The kind of bedside manner that makes patients want to keep you as their doctor for twenty years
