Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and dynamic General Manager at one of our fast paced restaurants to lead our bustling dining establishment with passion and precision. In this pivotal role, you will oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, efficient management of staff, and adherence to quality standards. Your leadership will drive the team toward excellence in food service, safety, and hospitality, creating a vibrant atmosphere that keeps guests coming back. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated leader eager to make a significant impact in a fast-paced food industry environment.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage daily restaurant operations, including front-of-house and kitchen activities, to ensure smooth and efficient service.
Supervise and motivate staff through effective training, coaching, and development initiatives to foster a high-performance team.
Oversee food preparation processes, ensuring quality control and consistency across all menu items while maintaining strict food safety standards.
Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies, monitoring stock levels, and minimizing waste to optimize profitability.
Utilize POS systems such as Square POS and Micros POS for order processing, sales tracking, and reporting to support business insights.
Handle cash management duties accurately, including cash handling procedures, reconciliations, and deposit preparations.
Ensure compliance with health regulations, safety protocols, and sanitation standards across all areas of the restaurant.
Implement staffing schedules aligned with shift management needs to maximize efficiency during peak hours.
Maintain excellent customer service standards by addressing guest concerns promptly and professionally.
Support budgeting efforts by monitoring expenses and revenue to achieve financial targets.
Conduct staff interviews, hiring processes, and ongoing training sessions to build a skilled and motivated team.
Coordinate catering, banquet events, or bar services as needed to diversify revenue streams.

Experience

Proven management experience within the food service industry, ideally in quick service & fast food restaurants or casual dining settings.
Demonstrated supervisory experience with a strong background in team management and staff development.
Extensive knowledge of food preparation techniques, kitchen management, and food safety practices.
Hands-on experience with POS systems such as Square POS or Micros POS for sales transactions and reporting.
Familiarity with inventory control procedures, budgeting processes, and cost management strategies.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and foster a positive work environment focused on excellence in customer service.
