Receptionist – Honda of Stamford

Honda of Stamford is a reputable and customer-focused automotive dealership known for offering high-quality vehicles and outstanding service. We are currently seeking a professional, friendly, and customer-oriented Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for our valued guests.

Position Overview:

As the Receptionist, you will play a key role in creating a positive first impression, assisting customers, and supporting the overall front desk operations of the dealership.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers with warmth and professionalism, directing them to the appropriate department or team member.
Manage incoming calls by answering promptly, routing to the appropriate party, and taking accurate messages when needed.
Schedule appointments for vehicle service, test drives, and sales consultations.
Provide information to customers about dealership services, current promotions, and special offers.
Support administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and maintaining appointment calendars.
Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area to ensure a positive guest experience.
Foster positive relationships with customers to enhance their overall experience with the dealership.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Professional appearance with a warm and welcoming demeanor.
Proficiency with office software and phone systems.
Ability to manage a high volume of calls and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
