Job Summary
Join our dynamic fitness team as a Certified Personal Trainer and ignite your passion for health, wellness, and helping others achieve their fitness goals! In this energized role, you will design personalized training programs, motivate clients through engaging coaching, and foster a positive environment that inspires confidence and progress. Your expertise in physiology, anatomy, and body mechanics will be essential as you guide individuals and groups toward healthier lifestyles. This paid position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact while advancing your career in a vibrant health club setting.

Responsibilities

Develop customized fitness programs tailored to clients’ goals, abilities, and health conditions using your knowledge of physiology and anatomy
Lead one-on-one personal training sessions and group fitness classes with enthusiasm and professionalism
Educate clients on proper exercise techniques, body mechanics, and injury prevention to ensure safe and effective workouts
Motivate clients to stay committed to their fitness journeys through positive reinforcement and ongoing support
Conduct fitness assessments to monitor progress and adjust programs accordingly
Promote health club memberships, personal training services, and group classes to maximize client engagement and retention
Maintain accurate records of client sessions, progress notes, and sales activities in compliance with company standards

Skills

Strong understanding of physiology, anatomy, and body mechanics to design safe and effective training programs
Proven experience in personal training, group fitness instruction, or teaching physical education
Ability to coach sports or athletic activities with energy and clarity
Excellent communication skills for teaching techniques and motivating diverse clients
Knowledge of fitness sales techniques to promote services confidently
Ability to assess individual needs and adapt programs accordingly
Passion for health, wellness, and helping others achieve their best selves in a supportive gym environment

Pay: $25.00 - $50.00 per hour
