Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our team as 5 Years+ Experienced Accountant. We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Tax Manager - Certified Public Accountant (CPA) who is bilingual in Spanish and English to join our dedicated team. In this pivotal role, you will lead complex tax planning, compliance, and reporting initiatives for diverse clients, ensuring adherence to all regulatory standards. Your expertise will drive strategic tax solutions, support financial growth, and foster strong client relationships. This position offers an exciting opportunity to leverage your extensive accounting and tax experience within a collaborative and growth-focused environment.

Responsibilities

Manage and oversee the preparation and review of individual, corporate, and partnership tax returns, ensuring accuracy and compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
Provide expert guidance on tax planning strategies including estate planning, mergers & acquisitions, and private equity investments to optimize client financial outcomes.
Conduct detailed analysis of financial statements, balance sheet reconciliations, and regulatory reports using GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) standards.
Ensure compliance with tax laws such as securities law, Wills, trusts & estate law, and other relevant regulations; stay current on updates affecting tax reporting requirements.
Lead audits and internal reviews related to regulatory compliance accounting.
Collaborate with clients to interpret financial concepts, prepare comprehensive financial reports, and communicate complex tax issues clearly.
Support business development efforts by providing insights into financial sales opportunities and advising on tax implications of various investment strategies.

Qualifications

More than 5 years career in Public Accounting Firm
A Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance with basic knowledge on general accounting
Have strong computer skills with a knowledge on Microsoft Office applications such as Excel and Word and Quickbooks.
Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
Able to multi-task and meet deadlines
Able to work with co-workers and clients in a professional manner
Able to work independently with minimal supervision
Be accountable and organized
Able to work overtime as needed during tax season
Authorized to legally work in the United States
