Full Job Description

The Direct Hire Division of Consilio LLC is partnering with a highly regarded law firm to identify a Legal Secretary.

Our client is seeking a Legal Secretary to provide high-level support to attorneys and paralegals across litigation practices. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide high-level administrative and executive support to attorneys and legal teams in a fast-paced environment.
Manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings, arrange travel, and process expense reports.
Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, attorneys, and internal departments while delivering exceptional client service.
Coordinate new client intake, matter opening, billing support, and maintain accurate files and records.
Prepare, edit, proofread, and distribute legal documents, correspondence, presentations, and reports.
Assist with court filings, document management, scanning, copying, and electronic file organization.
Support litigation and corporate teams by coordinating case and deal logistics, including signature packets and closing documents.
Collaborate with IT, Billing, Office Services, Travel, and other departments to ensure timely completion of projects.
Assemble marketing materials, attorney biographies, and presentation decks using Microsoft Office and PowerPoint.
Anticipate attorney needs, prioritize multiple deadlines, and provide proactive, detail-oriented administrative support.
2+ years of legal secretarial/Legal Administrative Assistant experience in a law firm setting, supporting multiple attorneys.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and Adobe.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure to meet strict deadlines.
Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Hybrid

Salary: $80,000-$105,000
