Full Job Description

New York City based health care organization is seeking a Director of Radiology. This position will be responsible for overseeing our Radiology department across all of our locations throughout New York City. This is a great opportunity for any healthcare professional who is seeking work-life balance!

The selected candidate will:

1. Be responsible for strategic, operational, and administrative leadership of all radiology imaging services across the organization

2. Oversee clinical quality, regulatory compliance, staffing, and financial performance

3. Directly managing licensed imaging professionals and support staff

4. Ensure safe, efficient, and patient-centered imaging services

Position Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in either Healthcare Administration, Radiologic Science, Business Administration or Related Field. Master’s Degree preferred

2. Minimum of 5 years of progressive leadership experience in radiology or imaging services

3. Strong working knowledge of radiology operations, imaging modalities, and regulatory requirements

4. Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams in a complex healthcare environment

5. NY State Licensed Radiologic Technologist or imaging credential (ARRT, RDMS, or Equivalent)

Salary Range: $180k - $200k
