Full Job Description

Inter-Lakes Bases, Inc. first opened in 1966 and has built a reputation as a service-oriented manufacturer of high-quality dial plates, machine and robot bases and other related weldment products.

Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background manufacturing processes. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with customers and vendors.

Duties

Quoting RFQ's from CAD Solid Model prints
Breaking down prints to get a Bill of Materials
Procure Bill of Materials from stock using CAD data provided
Ordering and creating purchase orders with vendors
Creating new contacts with existing and new potential customers
Provide technical sales support by understanding customer needs and presenting suitable solutions
Understand and create jobs using ERP JOB BOSS
Tracking jobs through different job operations making sure jobs are on time and done correctly.
Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly

Qualifications

Pay based on experience
Experience in manufacturing sales
Engineering Sales background
Machining Fabrication background
Excel Word Job Boss
Understanding and using CAD
Proficient in using CRM software is a plus
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
A proactive approach to business development and lead generation
High School and or college Business or Engineering fields
