Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Pharmacist to join our healthcare team, committed to providing exceptional patient care and medication management. In this vital role, you will oversee pharmacy operations, ensure safe and effective medication dispensing, and collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes. Your expertise will support a wide range of clinical services, including medication therapy management, immunizations, and patient education. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference in patients’ lives while working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment that values innovation and teamwork.

Responsibilities

Dispense prescription medications accurately while adhering to all legal, safety, and regulatory standards.
Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to determine appropriate medication therapies and identify potential drug interactions.
Manage pharmacy inventory efficiently, including stock replenishment, compounding medications, and ensuring proper storage conditions.
Administer immunizations
Educate patients on medication usage, potential side effects, and lifestyle modifications to promote optimal health outcomes.
Maintain strict adherence to HIPAA regulations to protect patient confidentiality at all times.
Support pharmacy technicians by supervising medication preparation, inventory management, and ensuring workflow efficiency within the pharmacy setting.

Experience

Prior experience working in community pharmacy is preferred but not required
Experience with Computer Rx is preferred but not required
Experience with Scriptpro is preferred but not required
