Full Job Description

Manage the general accounting function. Oversee the completion of ledger accounts and financial statements.

Compiles and analyze financial information.
Identifies trends and developments.
Reviews and approve transactions.
Manages accounting staff.
Works with Controllers and other senior managers.
Problem solves.
Supervise/manage a department and have authority over hiring/firing/performance decisions.
Work is primarily performed in a climate-controlled office environment.
Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

Bachelor’s degree and three (3) years of related experience.
Knowledge of all areas of accounting.
Knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures in Finance/Accounting.
Ability to supervise and set direction for accounting department.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to utilize Microsoft applications.
Ability to work at a fast pace.
