Warehouse Operations Supervisor (Bilingual English/Spanish)

Stockton, CA | Primarily Day Shift

CDS is seeking an experienced Warehouse Operations Supervisor to lead a team of approximately 30 warehouse employees in our Stockton distribution center.

This position typically follows a later-start day schedule, generally beginning around 9:30 a.m. The schedule provides added flexibility in the morning while allowing the supervisor to support operations through the end of the day. As a leadership position in a fast-paced distribution environment, occasional overtime, earlier start times, or other schedule adjustments may be required based on operational needs.

This position is responsible for providing day-to-day leadership, ensuring operational excellence, maintaining a safe work environment, and developing a high-performing team. If you enjoy coaching employees, solving operational challenges, and making a direct impact, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

Lead, coach, and develop a team of approximately 30 warehouse associates and support staff.
Promote a culture focused on safety, quality, accountability, and teamwork.
Coordinate daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, order fulfillment, and shipping.
Allocate labor and equipment to meet operational demands and customer expectations.
Partner with shipping office personnel and operations leadership to ensure accurate and timely customer order fulfillment.
Monitor productivity, labor utilization, and overall operational performance.
Prepare shift, labor, and operational reports.
Communicate company goals, expectations, and operational priorities to employees.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.
Identify opportunities to improve productivity, efficiency, and employee engagement.
Address day-to-day employee and operational concerns using sound judgment and consistent leadership.

What We’re Looking For

Fluency in both English and Spanish is required.
Three to five years of supervisory or management experience in a warehouse, distribution center, manufacturing, or logistics environment.
Strong leadership, coaching, and employee development skills.
Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Experience managing labor and shifting operational priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to communicate effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Outlook.
Experience using RF scanners, warehouse management systems, or similar warehouse technology.
Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory movement, material handling, shipping, and receiving.
Flexibility to work occasional overtime, begin earlier, or adjust the schedule based on operational needs.
An associate degree in business, logistics, supply chain, or a related field is preferred. An equivalent combination of education and relevant experience will also be considered.
