Pay: $26 – $38 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Monday–Thursday | 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM
4-day work week (Fridays off)
Location: Sturgeon Bay, WI (commutable from Green Bay, Manitowoc, Door County)

WireTech Fabricators is hiring Experienced CNC Machinists to join our Tool Room team. This position offers a 4-day work week and the opportunity to work in a clean, organized tool room environment producing precision tooling and components.

This role is based in Sturgeon Bay, WI and is a strong opportunity for candidates commuting from Green Bay, Manitowoc, Door County, and surrounding Northeast Wisconsin areas.

If you have CNC setup experience and can read blueprints, we want to talk to you.

What You Will Do

Set up and operate CNC mills and CNC lathes
Perform setups, tool changes, and offsets
Read blueprints and machine precision parts
Work with tight tolerances and GD&T

Qualifications

1+ year CNC Machinist or CNC Operator experience
CNC setup experience
Blueprint reading required
Ability to commute to Sturgeon Bay, WI
