CNC Machinist 3

Location: Lake Charles, Louisiana
Job Type: Contract
Contract Duration: 1 year+
Travel: None
Citizenship Requirement: U.S. Citizen
Security Clearance: None

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Machinist 3 for a long-term contract opportunity in Lake Charles, Louisiana. The ideal candidate will have extensive machining experience and hands-on CNC experience operating HAAS and/or FANUC-controlled equipment.

Schedule & Shifts

This position follows a 4x10 work schedule, Monday through Thursday.

Candidates must be available to work either first or second shift:

First Shift: Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:42 PM
Second Shift: Monday–Thursday, 4:00 PM – 2:42 AM
Overtime: Weekend overtime may be required based on business needs.

Basic Qualifications

6+ years of experience as a machinist
CNC machining experience required
Experience operating HAAS and/or FANUC CNC equipment
Ability to work either first or second shift
Must be a U.S. Citizen

Additional Requirements

Drug screening required
Background check required
No security clearance required
No travel required

Position Details

This is a long-term contract opportunity offering the chance to work in a professional manufacturing environment while utilizing advanced CNC machining skills.
