What We Need
Corpay is currently looking to hire a Client Support Specialist - Accounts Payable Operations within our Corpay Cross Border division and is in Bala Cynwyd, PA.
In this role, you will support established business clients by assisting with invoice processing, payment-related tasks, data entry, issue resolution, and day-to-day client service requests. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys helping clients, is comfortable working across computer systems, communicates professionally, and takes pride in completing detailed work accurately and on time.
Previous accounts payable or international payments experience is not required. We will provide formal, hands-on training. You will report directly to your manager and regularly collaborate with clients, coworkers, supervisors, and internal operations teams.
How We Work
As a Client Support Specialist - Accounts Payable Operations, Corpay will set you up for success by providing:
- Four remote workdays and one in-office day per week in our Bala Cynwyd, PA office
- Assigned workspace when working in the office

- Ongoing support from your manager and team
Role Responsibilities
The responsibilities of the role will include:
- Reviewing international invoices and accurately entering invoice and payment information into Corpay systems
- Learning customized invoice-processing and automation solutions provided to each client
- Supporting clients with day-to-day questions, requests, invoice issues, and file exchanges
- Performing accounts payable and payment-related tasks based on client instructions
- Researching issues, identifying next steps, and following through until items are resolved
- Communicating clearly and professionally with clients, coworkers, and supervisors through email and other channels
- Working efficiently across multiple computer systems while maintaining a high level of accuracy
- Following established procedures, compliance requirements, and internal controls
- Managing assigned work to ensure time-sensitive tasks are completed accurately and on schedule
- Building strong working relationships with clients as you learn assigned accounts and become a trusted point of contact
Qualifications & Skills
- Strong general computer skills
- Touch-typing ability with a focus on speed and accuracy
- Experience using Microsoft Office
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently with minimal supervision
- Ability to organize and prioritize multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify errors or discrepancies
- Dependable, reliable, and accountable work style
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while staying connected to the team
- Ability to work in the Bala Cynwyd, PA office one day per week
- Previous client service, customer service, office, administrative, data-entry, accounts payable, or financial-services experience is preferred but not required
- Experience in customer service, banking, retail, hospitality, healthcare, administrative support, call centers, or other fast-paced service environments may translate well to this position

Pay Transparency
The expected salary range for this position is $20.00 to $21.63 per hour, based on the candidate’s work location. This range reflects a good faith estimate of the expected compensation for this role at the time of posting. The final offer will be determined based on job-related factors including skills, experience, qualifications, and applicable market conditions. Compensation may vary based on geographic location and will be confirmed during the hiring process. Additional compensation and benefits, including incentive programs, health coverage, retirement plans, paid time off, and other benefits, where applicable, may also be provided.
