Full Job Description

Help us build something special.

The DripBaR Cranford is looking for an experienced Registered Nurse or Nurse Practitioner to become the clinical leader of our growing wellness clinic.

As our clinic continues to grow, we're expanding our aesthetic services, including Botox, making aesthetic experience a valuable addition to this role.

This is more than a nursing position. We're looking for someone who enjoys leading by example, helping teammates grow, improving systems, and delivering an exceptional patient experience.

You'll work closely with ownership, our General Manager, and Medical Director to help lead the clinical side of the business while continuing to provide hands-on patient care.

What You'll Do

Provide exceptional patient care in a fast-paced wellness clinic.
Help lead and support our nursing team.
Coach and mentor newer nurses.
Help keep clinical operations organized and running smoothly.
Work with ownership and the Medical Director to improve clinical services and patient care.
Identify opportunities to improve how we care for patients and how the clinic operates.
Step in and provide coverage whenever the team needs support.
Participate in weekends, community events, and special clinic activities as needed.

What We're Looking For

Required

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
Previous experience with IV vitamin therapy.
Excellent IV skills.
Strong communication and patient education skills.
Organized, dependable, and able to work independently.

Strongly Preferred

Experience with peptide therapies.
Licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) with aesthetic medicine experience (Botox and injectable treatments) is highly desirable.
Previous leadership, charge nurse, or clinic management experience.
Experience in a wellness clinic, IV therapy clinic, med spa, infusion center, or concierge medicine practice.
