Full Job Description

Job Overview

Emerald’s Product Information and Project Coordinator supports the product development and commercialization process by ensuring accurate product data, coordinating samples, organizing materials, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring products to market efficiently. This role is highly detail-oriented and requires strong organizational, communication, and project management skills to maintain product information integrity and support sales and product development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Create and maintain SKUs, ensuring product information is accurate and complete.
Develop and update product presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
Coordinate sample requests, track sample inventory, and ensure timely delivery.
Organize and maintain fabric libraries, fabric swatches, and the fabric swatch wall.
Create and manage Sample Purchase Orders (POs).
Develop, maintain, and accurately input product cost grids.
Maintain product data integrity across internal systems and databases.
Manage and update the Sales App with current product information, images, and documentation.
Review assembly instructions for accuracy and completeness prior to product launch.
Provide ongoing support to the Sales team by preparing product information, documentation, and presentations.
Partner closely with Product Development, Sourcing, Design, Merchandising, Operations, Sales, Marketing, and Quality teams to ensure seamless product launches.
Track project timelines, monitor milestones, and communicate status updates to ensure deadlines are met.
Identify process improvements that enhance efficiency and data accuracy throughout the product lifecycle.

Qualifications:

Strong organizational and project management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience working with ERP, PLM, or product management systems is preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
