About us

ARIZONA OHANA SERVICES LLC is a small business in Buckeye, AZ. We provide Attendant Care, Respite and Habilitation services in our members home. Our goal is to find individuals to join our Ohana with the same passion to help our members we support to achieve, accomplish and reach any goals to live a happy, prosperous life..

Duties:

- Provide direct care and support to all individuals with developtmental disabilities
- Assist with meal preparation
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations
- Provide assistance with personal hygiene and grooming
- Engage individuals in recreational activities and social interactions
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for individuals

Qualifications:

- Experience working with individuals with developemental disabilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage conflicts and handle challenging behaviors
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility in scheduling, including availability for evening and weekend shifts
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Note: Certification in CPR, First Aid, Article 9 and or other relevant certifications may be required or preferred.

Available Schedule: Looking for candidates with flexible schedule:

M,W,Th, F 9:00a-7:00p, Tu 9:00a-9:00p

This position requires a compassionate individual who is dedicated to providing quality care to individuals with developmental disabilities. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, the ability to work well under pressure, and a strong commitment to maintaining a safe and supportive environment.
