Administrative Assistant

Position Overview
Quail Construction is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations and executive leadership. This role is essential to maintaining organization, compliance, and operational efficiency in a fast-paced construction environment.

Key Responsibilities

Answer and route incoming phone calls professionally
Perform filing and maintain accurate electronic and physical records
Assist with certified payroll reporting and documentation
Support fleet management by updating maintenance records and reviewing fuel reports
Maintain and order office inventory
Cross-Training with Billing department
Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
1–3 years of administrative experience
Strong organizational and communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Construction or operations experience preferred
Bilingual in Spanish is preferred
