As Arizona's trusted provider of drug and alcohol testing, DOT compliance, and employment screening services, we partner with private employers, government agencies, school districts, and organizations across the country.

What You'll Be Doing

Your responsibilities will include:

Conducting urine, oral fluid, breath alcohol, and other specimen collections
Following DOT and non-DOT collection procedures and chain-of-custody requirements
Preparing, packaging, and shipping specimens according to compliance standards
Maintaining accurate documentation, records, and collection logs
Providing exceptional customer service to clients and donors
Communicating professionally by phone and email
Maintaining strict confidentiality of sensitive information
Supporting daily clinic operations and assisting with additional projects as needed

We'll provide paid training and the certifications needed to help you succeed in this role.

Hours & Schedule

This is a full-time position.

Monday through Friday (schedule discussed during the interview)
In-person position
Occasional travel between clinic locations may be required based on business needs

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who:

Is at least 18 years of age
Has a High School Diploma or GED
Holds a valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Can pass a criminal background check
Can pass a pre-employment drug screening
Demonstrates outstanding customer service skills
Communicates professionally and confidently
Pays close attention to detail
Maintains a professional appearance and demeanor
Is highly organized and dependable
Can maintain strict confidentiality
Enjoys working with people while following detailed procedures

Preferred qualifications include:

0–2 years of healthcare, laboratory, medical office, or customer service experience
Previous specimen collection experience (helpful but not required)
