Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and dynamic General Manager - Restaurant to lead our bustling dining establishment with passion and precision. In this pivotal role, you will oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, efficient food production, and a vibrant team environment. Your leadership will drive the restaurant’s success by managing staff, controlling inventory, maintaining food safety standards, and fostering a welcoming atmosphere that keeps guests coming back. Duties

Lead daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service flow from kitchen to front-of-house staff.
Supervise and train staff members in food preparation, customer service, POS systems (including Aloha POS and Micros POS), and food safety protocols.
Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies, monitoring stock levels, and minimizing waste.
Oversee cash handling procedures, reconcile daily sales, and ensure accurate financial transactions.
Implement staff training programs focused on food handling, hospitality standards, and team development to enhance overall performance.
Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation while adhering to health and safety regulations.
Coordinate shift management, scheduling staff efficiently to meet customer demand during peak hours.
Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

Proven management experience in quick service or fast food restaurants with strong supervisory skills.
Extensive knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary practices across casual dining or fine dining settings.
Hands-on experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS; cash handling expertise required.
Strong background in inventory control, food safety standards, and kitchen management.
Demonstrated leadership in staff training & development, interviewing, and performance management.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Familiarity with budgeting, food production processes, catering operations, and hospitality management principles.
Previous experience working in hotel or restaurant environments with a focus on team management and operational excellence is highly desirable.
