Full Job Description

Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Aesthetic Representative to join our team.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in medical and cosmetic sales, with expertise in aesthetic and/or cosmetic treatments . Our practice is one of the most long-standing private dermatology practices in Syracuse with 45+ years of experience, multiple satellite locations and a wide range of dermatologic and cosmetics services. This role offers an exciting opportunity to promote aesthetic products and treatments to best suit our patients' needs and contribute to the growth of our brand. The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional communication skills, sales experience, and a proactive approach to meet all of the needs of our patients' skincare needs.

Duties

Educate patients on what the best products and treatments would be for their skin type and goals
Assist office manager/other staff to creating monthly or quarterly promotions and social media posts
Answer patient calls or questions
Assist in relaying pre/post treatment care details to patients
Follow up with patients regularly and circle back to Drs. Farah following patient communications
Upfront patient check-in and check-out responsibilities as needed

Experience

Proven success in sales in an aesthetic environment
Aesthetic treatments such as facials, lasers and microneedling
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint) and EHR software
Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance standards
