We're seeking enthusiastic Mental Health Therapists to join our dynamic team in Clinton, UT. With flexible part-time hours (16-24 per week) and the potential to transition to full-time(28 + a week), this position offers hybrid options if caseload allows and provides an ideal balance to support your goals as a therapist.

What We Offer

Associates: $40+ per session
Fully Licensed: $52–$60per session with benefits
Furnished office space in Clinton
Administrative support (billing, scheduling, benefits checks)
Flexible scheduling & hybrid options
A supportive team environment where your voice matters

Your Role

Provide clinical counseling services to clients of Mindful Connections Therapy
Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation (intake, progress notes, treatment plans, etc.)
Collaborate with clients’ treatment teams (PCP, psychiatrist, school, etc.) as needed
Build and manage a caseload of 16–24 weekly sessions (part-time) with openness to grow
Participate in staff meetings, trainings, and collaborative projects
Be available for at least one evening per week

Qualifications

Master’s or Doctoral degree in Marriage & Family Therapy, Counseling, or Social Work
Active Utah license (LCSW, CSW, LMFT, AMFT, CMHC, ACMHC)
Alignment with Mindful Connections Therapy’s mission, vision, and values
Organized, dependable, and collaborative
At least one clinical specialty (teens, trauma, couples, children, grief, anxiety, etc.)
Bonus if you’re trained/interested in modalities like EMDR, DBT, ART, Brainspotting, Art Therapy, or Play Therapy.
