Our project portfolio features experience in bridge, highway, and structural design; condition and safety inspection; civil and site engineering support; construction inspection and administration; survey and mapping; and hydrographic services.

The minimum requirements we seek:

Minimum of 2 years of CAD drafting/design experience.
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
Proficiency with MicroStation and OpenRoads Designer required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate work.
A positive attitude
Ability to legally work in the United States.

In addition, preferably the candidate will have the following desired skills/software capabilities:

Experience with hydrographic, survey, or civil engineering projects.
AutoCAD Civil 3D
Carlson Survey Software
NYSDOT CAD Standards
USACOE Standards
HYPACK / HYSWEEP
SonarWiz
GIS software experience
Survey and hydrographic data processing experience
Familiarity with point clouds, terrain models, and surface generation
Basic understanding of survey coordinate systems and mapping standards
Ability to support occasional field assignments or hydrographic survey operations as needed
Comfortable on and around water and boats
