Overview
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Automotive Finance and Insurance (F&I) Manager to join our dedicated team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for guiding customers through the financing process, structuring deals, and presenting insurance options that meet their needs while ensuring compliance with all applicable financial regulations. Your expertise will help maximize dealership profitability through effective upselling, customer relationship management, and adherence to industry standards. Responsibilities

Engage with customers to understand their financial needs and present tailored automotive financing and insurance solutions
Structure deals by analyzing credit applications, performing credit analysis, and ensuring compliance with loan regulations such as TILA (Truth in Lending Act)
Manage loan processing activities including title processing, contract preparation, and transaction structuring using industry-standard software like AutoMate or similar platforms
Conduct thorough credit assessments while adhering to automotive sales industry regulations and financial regulatory compliance standards
Upsell additional products such as extended warranties, service plans, and insurance packages to enhance customer satisfaction and dealership revenue
Maintain clear client communication throughout the sales process, ensuring transparency about loan terms, payment options, and contractual obligations
Collaborate with finance providers to negotiate terms that benefit both the customer and the dealership while ensuring all transactions comply with applicable laws

Experience

Proven experience as a Finance Director or in a similar financial services role within the automotive dealership environment is a plus
Strong knowledge of automotive financing procedures, including credit analysis, deal structuring, TILA regulations, title processing, and contract management
Familiarity with dealership management systems such as AutoMate or equivalent financial software platforms
Excellent customer relationship management skills with the ability to upsell effectively while maintaining integrity and transparency
Solid understanding of automotive sales industry regulations and compliance standards related to finance and insurance products
Demonstrated negotiation skills with an emphasis on achieving mutually beneficial agreements
