Full Job Description

Community Manager

$28–$31/hour + Bonus Opportunities
Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 8AM–5PM
Participation in an after-hours on-call rotation is required
Travel between properties is required

What You’ll Be Doing

Oversee daily operations across three apartment communities
Support leasing performance, occupancy goals, and resident retention
Lead and support onsite leasing and maintenance teams
Manage resident relations and resolve concerns professionally and efficiently
Monitor rent collections, delinquency, and overall property performance
Conduct routine property inspections to maintain curb appeal, safety, and quality standards
Partner closely with Maintenance Supervisors to coordinate unit turns, repairs, and property upkeep
Maintain compliance with Fair Housing laws and company policies
Build positive relationships with residents, vendors, ownership groups, and corporate teams

What We’re Looking For

3+ years of multifamily property management experience
Previous Community Manager or Assistant Community Manager experience required
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Experience with leasing, budgeting, collections, and resident relations
Ability to effectively manage multiple properties and priorities
Knowledge of Fair Housing and Washington landlord-tenant laws preferred
Proficiency with property management software
Reliable transportation and valid Washington State Driver’s License required
