Full Job Description

INNOVA Architects is seeking a full-time A-E Marketing Manager to join our marketing and business development team. This role reports to directly to business ownership and will manage marketing efforts and actively participate in marketing production. This is a full-time, in-person position. To be considered applicants must include a brief cover letter explaining their interest in the position and how their skills align with the responsibilities of the role.

Minimum Qualifications:

· 2+ years’ experience as a marketing manager or comparable role

· 2+ years' experience managing a team (assigning tasks, providing oversight and correction as needed, approving schedules, setting agendas, etc.)

· Fluent in Microsoft applications as well as Adobe Creative Suite Applications (required)

· Self-starter who can work to meet or exceed deadlines without exception

· Exceptional attention to detail – must be able edit, review and incorporate all changes from reviewers, as well as perform QC checks on final deliverables

· Previous experience with a professional services company (Architecture-Engineering) is preferred, but not required

Responsibilities May Include:

· Daily searches for new RFQs and opportunities; guiding go/no-go decisions in-line with company direction and priorities

· Preparation of marketing proposals, presentations, and submittals

· Identifying and prioritizing tasks, creating schedules for production

· Coordination with internal and external resources for content and materials

· Weekly agenda preparation and follow up on weekly tasks

· Social Media coordination

· Other duties as asigned
