Full Job Description

We are a licensed I-502 cannabis producer/processor specializing in creating high-quality, consistent, and compliant cannabis-infused edibles. Our products are made with precision, care, and an unwavering commitment to safety, taste, and customer satisfaction. We’re looking for a Kitchen Supervisor who can lead our production team, ensure compliance with all Washington State LCB regulations, and help us grow our reputation for excellence.

Position Overview:
The Kitchen Supervisor oversees all aspects of cannabis-infused edible production, ensuring operational efficiency, food safety, and compliance with I-502 regulations. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and an understanding of both culinary processes and cannabis industry requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise day-to-day operations of the cannabis kitchen, including production scheduling, workflow management, and task assignments.
Ensure compliance with all Washington State Liquor and Cannabis Board (WSLCB) I-502 rules and regulations.
Maintain accurate inventory, batch records, and production logs.
Oversee dosing accuracy, product consistency, and quality control checks.
Train and manage kitchen staff on SOPs, sanitation, and safety procedures.
Monitor food safety standards, including proper storage, handling, and cleaning protocols.
Collaborate with management on product development and process improvements.
Coordinate with compliance and packaging teams to meet order deadlines.

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of supervisory or lead experience in a commercial kitchen or food manufacturing environment.
Knowledge of I-502 regulations and compliance requirements.
Strong understanding of food safety (ServSafe certification preferred).
Ability to lead, train, and motivate a production team.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines.
Must be 21+ and able to pass a Washington State background check.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
Comfortable working in a food manufacturing environment with exposure to heat, odors, and repetitive tasks.
