Full Job Description

About the Role

As a Front Desk Concierge, you will play a key role in ensuring residents feel heard, supported, and valued. This position requires someone energetic, proactive, and capable of managing a high volume of resident interactions while maintaining professionalism and a positive attitude.

Primary Responsibilities

Respond promptly to resident complaints, concerns, and service issues.
Coordinate with on-site teams and vendors to ensure timely issue resolution.
Follow up with residents on open work orders, service tickets, and community concerns.
Assist residents with any immediate needs during your shift.
Register vehicles for on-site and guest parking.
Submit service requests on behalf of residents.
Provide updates and answer questions regarding work orders and community items.
Send resident communications as needed.
Support various resident-related projects and tasks assigned by management.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment (property management, hospitality, retail, restaurant, or similar).
Strong ability to provide friendly, professional, and solution-driven customer service.
Reliable mode of transportation.
Ability to work evenings, weekends, and a flexible schedule as required.
Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.
Preferred: Project management experience and/or property operations background.
