Job Summary and Position Objective: This position is responsible for coordinating and managing assigned Strategic Accounts, Special Projects, Single Family New Construction , and other project-based work from kickoff through completion, closeout, and billing readiness.

This is a field-based position based in the Tampa/Sarasota market, with regular travel required to jobsites, branches, customer locations, and operational meetings throughout Southeast Floors’ service areas.

This role serves as the operational lead for assigned projects, partnering with customers, installers, subcontractors, Sales, Purchasing, Branch Operations, Installation Managers, and CX/Admin teams to keep projects on schedule, within scope, properly documented, and aligned with Southeast Floors’ quality and operational expectations.

The SEF Project Manager is expected to operate with urgency, accountability, professionalism, organization, strong communication, and follow-through while supporting repeatable project execution for current and future growth opportunities.
