Now Hiring: Senior Med Spa Receptionist / Client Concierge

Location: Livia Med Spa
Type: Full-Time

Livia Med Spa is seeking a seasoned, confident, and polished Receptionist / Client Concierge with direct experience in the medical aesthetics industry. This role is the face of our brand — ideal for someone who understands client experience, aesthetics sales, and light marketing in a luxury med spa environment.

Who We’re Looking For

You’re not just answering phones, you’re building relationships, driving revenue, and elevating the client experience. You understand injectables, skincare, memberships, and retail products, and you know how to confidently educate and upsell without being pushy.

Key Responsibilities

Greet clients warmly and professionally; create a luxury, welcoming experience
Manage scheduling, confirmations, intake forms, and client flow
Confidently upsell retail skincare, packages, and memberships
Assist with or conduct consultations when appropriate (experience required)
Keep social media accounts updated (Instagram/Facebook):
Posting stories, promotions, before & afters (when approved)
Light content coordination and engagement
Support promotions, specials, and in-house marketing efforts
Maintain front desk organization, client records, and POS accuracy
Coordinate with providers to ensure smooth daily operations

Required Experience

2+ years in a medical spa, aesthetic clinic, or plastic surgery office
Strong knowledge of aesthetic services (injectables, skincare, body treatments)
Proven sales ability with retail products and treatment plans
Experience using med spa software (e.g., Aesthetic Record, Zenoti, PatientNow, etc.)
Comfortable on camera and social media-savvy
Professional appearance, strong communication, and customer service skills

Preferred (Not Required)

Experience performing consultations
Marketing or social media background
Familiarity with skincare brands and aesthetic devices
