Location: ARC 3 | Tampa, FL 33607
Facility: BayCare Health System, SJH Multispecialty Clinic – SJH
Shift: Days | 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Schedule: Full-Time | Onsite

Role Overview

As a Neurodiagnostic Technologist II , you will perform advanced neurodiagnostic testing and support providers in delivering accurate neurological evaluations within an outpatient multispecialty setting.

Key responsibilities include:

Performing Nerve Conduction Studies (NCS/NCV)
Performing neurodiagnostic procedures including EEG, LTM, TCD, EP, and NCV
Ensuring accurate data collection and adherence to clinical protocols
Monitoring patients throughout diagnostic procedures
Maintaining equipment and ensuring proper functionality
Collaborating with providers and care teams to support diagnosis and treatment
Maintaining documentation and ensuring compliance with standards
Supporting overall clinic workflow and patient experience
Performing other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Education
Required:

Graduation from a CAAHEP-accredited Neurodiagnostic Technology (NDT) program OR completion of an ABRET-recognized program OR Associate degree or higher OR five (5) years of related experience

Experience
Required:

Two (2) years of experience in Neurodiagnostics
Experience performing Nerve Conduction Studies (NCS/NCV)

Licensure / Certification

Required:

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days
Seizure First Aid Certification (SFAC) within 30 days
Must hold one (1) of the following credentials:
- Registered Electroencephalographic Technologist (R.EEG T)
- Registered Evoked Potential Technologist (R.EP T)
- Certification in Neurophysiologic Intraoperative Monitoring (CNIM)
- Registered Nerve Conduction Study Technologist (R.NCS.T)
