We need someone who is genuinely good with technology. Someone who opens a new platform and figures it out, who builds workflows in their sleep, who finds inefficient systems physically uncomfortable to look at. If you've ever rebuilt a process at a previous job because the old way bothered you, keep reading.

Who we are

We're two companies under the same ownership, run by a small, close-knit team that moves fast and gets things done:

A clinic marketing licensing company — we build proven marketing systems and license them to medical and chiropractic clinics across the country.
A digital marketing agency — we run the digital marketing (ads, funnels, automations) for those same clinic clients.

We're not a big corporate environment. We're operators. We test things, we measure them, and we keep what works. We want someone who fits that energy.

What you'll actually do

Run digital marketing for our clinics and our clients:

Manage Facebook/Meta ad campaigns (creative, audiences, budgets, optimization)
Build out funnels, automations, pipelines, and workflows in Go High Level
Manage and optimize landing pages, email sequences, and SMS automations
Track everything: cost per lead, cost per show, conversion rates, ROAS

Coordinate the offline marketing engine:

Dinner events: manage logistics, RSVP tracking, follow-up sequences, attendance reporting
TV campaigns: coordinate with our media buyers, make sure we're on plan, flag issues before they become problems (the strategy is dialed in — you're the project manager keeping it on the rails)
Digital Campaigns - Manage and run our existing campaigns and build and launch new ones when needed. We test a lot for our own internal clinics on a weekly basis.

Reporting and systems:

Pull weekly and monthly stats across all marketing channels
Build clean, simple dashboards leadership can read in 60 seconds
Streamline and document the systems we already have (we have them built — they need a steward)

Keep our agency clients happy:

Be the operational point of contact for digital clients
Make sure deliverables go out on time and results get communicated
Spot client issues before they escalate

What you need to have

Non-negotiable:

2+ years hands-on experience with Go High Level (building funnels, workflows, automations, pipelines — not just logging in)
2+ years running Facebook/Meta ad campaigns with real budget responsibility (you've spent other people's money on ads and made it work)
Strong general tech fluency — you pick up new software quickly and aren't intimidated by it
Excellent project management instincts — you keep multiple plates spinning without dropping any
Comfortable with numbers, spreadsheets, and reporting

Will help you stand out:

Experience marketing in the medical, healthcare, or chiropractic space
Experience at a marketing agency or running marketing for multiple brands
Familiarity with media buying, TV, or event-based marketing
Copywriting chops
Video editing or basic creative production (CapCut, Canva, Descript, etc.)

Self-starter. We'll tell you what needs to happen and you figure out how to do it.
Detail-obsessed in a way that's almost annoying to your friends.
You actually like solving problems and improving systems.
You want to be part of a team for the long haul, not bounce in 18 months.
