The role

You'll inherit a team of approximately 15 tax professionals across four service teams.

You'll coach the managers.

Develop future leaders.

Support the continued growth of Tax Advisory Services.

Act as the firm's senior technical resource on complex tax matters.

And work alongside the Partners on the decisions that shape the business.

Most importantly, you'll have the authority to make meaningful improvements rather than simply recommend them.

Your responsibilities will include:

Leading and developing a team of approximately 15 tax professionals
Managing four pod leaders and supporting their continued development
Growing the firm's Tax Advisory Services offering
Acting as the senior technical resource across complex tax matters
Building stronger relationships with business owners and high-net-worth clients
Improving quality control, training and operational processes
Contributing to strategic planning as part of the firm's leadership team

Requirements

CPA required
10+ years' public accounting experience
