Full Job Description

Job Overview

We are seeking a driven Client Relations Manager to join our custom home building team. You will own the client relationship from first contact through certificate of occupancy — sourcing new business, guiding clients through design selections, and serving as their primary point of contact throughout construction. This role offers the opportunity to leverage your sales skills and relationship-building expertise in one of Florida's most active luxury home markets.

Duties

Drive new client acquisition through social media, architect referrals, realtor partnerships, construction boards, and inbound inquiries.
Execute and sign architectural and construction contracts, guiding clients through scope, pricing, and terms.
Launch and grow our presence in the Sarasota region
Guide clients through all exterior and interior material selections in coordination with our design partner, keeping every selection on schedule.
Serve as the primary point of contact post-contract, delivering consistent updates on permitting, milestones, and project status.
Collaborate with project management and field teams to keep client expectations aligned with construction reality.

Requirements.

Ability to manage a long sales cycle and guide clients through a six- or seven-figure purchase decision.
Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to explain complex contract and construction details clearly.
Exceptional organization — tracking dozens of open selections across multiple active projects without anything falling through.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort with CRM and project management software.
Valid Florida driver's license and reliable transportation; regular travel to job sites and the Sarasota market.
Florida real estate license, construction background, or design experience is a plus but not required.

Compensation & Benefits

$65,000 base salary, paid bi-weekly.
Performance bonuses on every signed client, with the largest bonuses for business you source independently. Additional bonuses for completed specifications, change orders, and certificate of occupancy. On-target bonus earnings total approximately 30% of base salary.
10 business days paid vacation annually.
