Job Overview

The Impact Campaigns Coordinator supports the planning, coordination, and execution of the Foundation's Impact Campaigns, advancing the Florida Wildlife Corridor mission through project management, partner coordination, community engagement, and campaign logistics. Reporting to the Impact Campaigns Director, this role serves as the operational backbone of the Foundation's public-facing campaigns, helping coordinate films, expeditions, volunteer opportunities, murals, exhibits, and other engagement efforts. Working closely with the Impact Campaigns, Conservation, and Convenings teams, the position translates campaign plans into organized execution, ensuring projects remain coordinated, on schedule, and effectively delivered. The position may supervise interns, volunteers, or seasonal staff as assigned.

This role splits time roughly 50/50 between Impact and Conservation/Convening priorities and serves as a critical connector between the Foundation's Impact Campaigns, Convenings, and Conservation team priorities.

Responsibilities

Coordinate the day-to-day execution of Impact Campaigns, including murals, volunteer opportunities, exhibits, field days, film screenings, and other public engagement activities.
Coordinate with the Community Conservation Director on conservation-focused campaign elements, including partner meetings, field days, workshops, and activities in priority Corridor geographies.
Maintain project workplans, schedules, task lists, meeting notes, and project documentation to ensure campaigns remain organized and on schedule.
Coordinate campaign logistics, including travel, venues, permits, equipment, vendors, volunteers, contractors, and on-site operations.
Assist with the implementation of volunteer opportunities, film screenings, murals, exhibits, and other engagement activities by coordinating registrations, materials, communications, and event logistics.
Assist with implementation of Convening priorities for the Corridor Connect Summit in June 2027.
Collect participation data, photos, project documentation, and campaign metrics to support reporting initiated by the Community Conservation Director and Impact Campaigns Director.
Support the preparation of campaign materials, presentations, meeting agendas, reports, and partner communications.
Provide on-site operational support to the Program and Partner Manager during campaigns and events, helping ensure positive experience for partners, volunteers, and participants.
Coordinate interns, volunteers, seasonal staff, and contractors assigned to Impact Campaigns, providing day-to-day direction and ensuring successful project execution.
Support new campaign development by researching opportunities, coordinating pilot initiatives, and assisting with the implementation of innovative public engagement programs that advance the Florida Wildlife Corridor mission.

Qualifications

A passion for the Foundation's mission and a commitment to advancing the Florida Wildlife Corridor.
Bachelor's degree and minimum of 4 years related work experience.
Strong organizational and time management skills to juggle multiple competing priorities across two teams and meet deadlines.
Experience coordinating projects, campaigns, events, or public engagement initiatives, preferably within a nonprofit, conservation, communications, marketing, or community engagement setting.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams, partners, vendors, volunteers, and community organizations.
Experience supporting public events, volunteer opportunities, film screenings, expeditions, exhibits, or similar initiatives, including logistical planning and on-site coordination.
Demonstrated ability to problem solve, adapt to changing priorities, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
Working knowledge of or strong interest in Florida conservation and the Florida Wildlife Corridor Foundation’s mission, with a willingness to quickly develop subject matter knowledge.
Proficiency with common project management and collaboration tools (such as Asana, Microsoft 365, or similar platforms) and comfort learning new technology.
Willingness to work occasional evenings and weekends (1-2 times per month on average) and travel throughout Florida to support campaign events, expeditions, screenings, volunteer opportunities, and partner engagements.
