Our beautiful practice in Mount Dora, FL is seeking an Associate Chiropractor who wants to help a lot of people, have a lot of fun, AND make a great living in the process!

We practice the Blair Upper Cervical technique along with Torque Release Technique (TRT) as supportive care. We're looking for someone who has a genuine interest in learning and practicing in this model--which sees AMAZING RESULTS! If you aren’t familiar, we will teach you!

This isn’t just a job where you see lots of patients, grow our clinic, collect your paycheck (which is pretty good by the way), and eventually burn out. Our goal is to partner with you for your future, and mentor you to be a success and to reach your God-given potential for impact. We have proven systems and an amazing team to ensure your success!

What you get if you work with us:

Competitive base pay ($90,000 first year)
Bonus structure to produce well over $100k/year (100PV/week ~ $150k/yr)

What you’ll likely get if you don’t work with us:

A ton of PI and WC cases along with piles of reports/narratives (we are 100% cash)

What you need to have:

Licensed chiropractor in Florida; or actively pursuing licensing
Great communication skills and an empathic connector
Desire to be an integral part of a wellness team with a focus on collaborative care
Coachable - willing to learn, take feedback, & implement
Hungry- eager to learn, grow, & create community impact
Outgoing- a super friendly extrovert, high energy, positivity; a "charismatic connector"
Detail oriented along with strong organizational and time management skills
High integrity, team loyalty, and accountability
Reliable transportation & close proximity to the practice (willingness to relocate)

Who are we?

Dr. Todd and his wife Carolina started this practice in 2021 after relocating back to the US after practicing in Australia for 11 years. They have two daughters (17 & 20), are very faith and family oriented--which bleeds into the culture of the practice. We are a relationship-based practice that takes care of all ages and conditions. With amazing customer service, a beautiful center, and state of the art equipment including, Tyron thermal scanning, CBCT and DR X-ray. We also provide supportive/ancillary therapies including spinal decompression, shockwave therapy (SoftWave), and Erchonia laser—all of which are run by an amazingly trained team of CA’s— we believe you’ll be proud to work here!
