Overview

Join our dynamic team as a Warehouse Manager and lead the heart of our logistics operations! In this pivotal role, you will oversee all aspects of warehouse activities, ensuring seamless distribution, inventory accuracy, and process efficiency. Your leadership will drive safety standards, optimize workflows, and foster a collaborative environment that promotes continuous improvement. Duties

Manage daily warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, inventory control, and materials handling.
Supervise warehouse staff, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback to ensure high productivity and morale.
Oversee inventory management processes using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and RF scanners to maintain accurate stock levels.
Coordinate warehouse distribution activities to meet delivery deadlines and customer expectations efficiently.
Implement process improvements utilizing lean management principles to reduce waste and increase operational efficiency.
Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and safety protocols during all warehouse activities, including heavy lifting and mechanical operations.
Oversee the use of forklifts and other equipment, ensuring proper operation and safety standards are maintained.
Collaborate with third-party logistics providers (3PL) and manage shipping & receiving functions to streamline supply chain flow.
Utilize AS400 systems for order processing, inventory tracking, and reporting purposes.
Lead efforts in continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance overall warehouse performance.

Requirements

Proven experience in warehouse management or supervision within a fast-paced logistics environment.
Strong knowledge of inventory management, warehouse distribution, and materials handling processes.
Hands-on experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), RF scanners, and AS400 platforms.
Ability to operate forklifts safely; certification preferred.
Mechanical knowledge related to warehouse equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
Excellent team management skills with the ability to motivate staff and foster a collaborative work environment.
Familiarity with OSHA safety standards and best practices for heavy lifting and machinery operation.
Experience working within e-commerce or 3PL logistics environments is highly desirable.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in inventory control and process documentation.
