Company Overview

Ivey Ranch Park Association is a non-profit organization that enables people with and without disabilities to achieve a better quality of life through care, education, and Equine Assisted Services.

Summary

We are seeking an Executive Assistant to join our team at Ivey Ranch Park Association. This role is crucial in supporting our daily operations and ensuring effective communication within the organization. The Executive Assistant will play a key role in public relations, accounting, contract management, fundraising, and assisting with various administrative tasks to help us achieve our mission.

Responsibilities

Support the Executive Director in administrative tasks.
Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations as needed.
Handle correspondence and communications on behalf of the executive team.
Correlate applications, funding requests, and evaluations.
Support billing and AR systems
Perform data entry tasks accurately to maintain up-to-date records.
Assist with HR management.

Requirements

Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role.
Outstanding attention to detail and follow through.
Exceptional ability to integrate new tasks into workload and flow.
Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Google Docs and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent calendar management skills.
Effective communication skills both written and verbal.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
Amazing interpersonal relationship builder with a positive and uplifting attitude.
