What We Are Looking For
This is not an entry-level finance position. We are looking for an experienced automotive F&I professional who understands how to balance production, compliance, customer satisfaction, and teamwork.
The right candidate will be confident, organized, persuasive, and capable of managing multiple transactions in a fast-paced dealership environment. You should be comfortable working with customers across a wide range of credit profiles and understand how to structure deals that benefit the customer, lender, and dealership.
Key Responsibilities
- Present financing and protection products through a professional, transparent, and compliant menu process.
- Secure lender approvals and structure transactions based on customer needs, lender requirements, and dealership objectives.
- Review all contracts and supporting documents for accuracy, completeness, profitability, and compliance.
- Maintain clean, organized, and fundable deal jackets while resolving stipulations and funding issues promptly.
- Clearly explain payments, terms, products, disclosures, and contractual obligations to customers.
- Partner with sales managers and sales consultants to ensure an efficient transition into finance and a strong customer experience.
- Maintain strong finance gross, product penetration, funding performance, customer satisfaction, and compliance results.
Qualifications
- Previous automotive Finance Manager or F&I Manager experience required.
- Proven history of finance production and product penetration.
- Strong working knowledge of automotive contracts, lender requirements, compliance, and funding procedures.
- Experience with dealership management systems, electronic contracting platforms, lender portals, and credit applications.
- Strong presentation, negotiation, closing, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work efficiently while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Professional written and verbal communication skills.
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to work dealership hours, including evenings and weekends, according to the assigned schedule.

Compensation
Expected annual compensation ranges from $108,000 to more than $200,000, based on individual production and performance. Actual earnings may vary depending on results.
