Part-Time Pharmacy Sales Representative

Your Personal Pharmacy – Fallbrook, CA

Help Grow a Local Independent Pharmacy That Puts Patients First

Your Personal Pharmacy is an independent compounding and wellness pharmacy dedicated to providing personalized care and innovative medication solutions. We are seeking an enthusiastic, motivated, and personable Part-Time Sales Representative to help expand our relationships with local healthcare providers and wellness practices.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a proven sales background who enjoys building long-term professional relationships and wants the flexibility of a part-time schedule with opportunities for growth.

Position Details

Position: Part-Time Sales Representative
Location: Fallbrook, CA
Hours: 8–16 hours per week
Starting Pay: $25.00/hour
Additional Compensation:
Sales commissions
Performance bonuses
Mileage reimbursement
Expected Start Date: Within 1–2 weeks following a successful interview

Responsibilities

Develop relationships with physicians, veterinarians, medical practices, and wellness providers.
Visit healthcare offices throughout the local area to introduce pharmacy services.
Present educational materials and discuss customized compounding solutions.
Identify opportunities to establish new referral accounts.
Maintain professional relationships through regular follow-up visits.
Track sales activities and communicate progress with management.
Represent Your Personal Pharmacy with professionalism and exceptional customer service.

Territory

Primary sales territory is approximately a 15–25 mile radius of Fallbrook, CA 92028.

Qualifications Required

3–5 years of outside or business-to-business sales experience
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Self-motivated and organized
Comfortable making in-person office visits
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Ability to provide at least two professional references from previous sales positions

Preferred

Healthcare, pharmaceutical, medical device, veterinary, or wellness sales experience
Experience building long-term professional relationships
Familiarity with physician offices, veterinary clinics, or medical spas
