What You'll Do

Engage with prospective clients through outside sales activities, community outreach, networking, referrals, and telemarketing campaigns to generate new business.
Conduct thorough needs analyses to recommend appropriate life insurance and annuity solutions.
Present personalized insurance recommendations based on each client's financial goals.
Negotiate policy options and guide clients through the application process.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships through exceptional customer service.
Conduct phone and virtual consultations with prospective and existing clients.
Follow up consistently with leads and maintain an active sales pipeline.
Manage sales administration, including maintaining accurate client records and policy documentation using CRM systems.
Collaborate with marketing initiatives to expand brand awareness and generate qualified leads.
Ensure compliance with all licensing requirements and applicable industry regulations.
Follow up after the sale to ensure client satisfaction while identifying opportunities for referrals and additional coverage.

Qualifications

Required

Active Life Insurance License in good standing
Experience selling Life Insurance and Annuity products
Fluent in both English and Spanish
Proven insurance sales experience
Comfortable working as a 1099 Independent Contractor
Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
Professional, organized, and customer-focused
Experience using CRM systems and digital communication tools

Experience with outside sales and business development
Experience generating leads through networking, referrals, community outreach, or telemarketing
Strong consultative sales skills
Ability to manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through policy placement
Knowledge of compliance and industry regulations, including HIPAA where applicable
