Job Title: Spray Technician (Residential & Commercial)

Job Type: Full-Time

Job Description:
Little John’s Lawns is looking for an experienced Spray Technician to join our team. This position will service both residential and commercial properties, applying treatments to improve and maintain healthy landscapes.

Responsibilities:

Apply pre-emergent and post-emergent weed control treatments
Perform fertilization services for lawns and landscaped areas
Identify and treat common lawn weeds and turf issues
Apply pest control treatments (preferred but not required)
Safely handle and apply chemicals in accordance with regulations
Maintain accurate service records and communicate with management
Provide quality customer service and represent the company professionally

Requirements:

Experience in residential and commercial lawn care spraying
Knowledge of pre-emergent, fertilization, and weed control applications
Pest control experience is a plus
Valid driver’s license (required)
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
Strong attention to detail and reliability

Preferred Qualifications:

State applicator license or ability to obtain one
Experience with route-based service work

Little John’s Lawns está buscando un Técnico de Aplicación con experiencia para unirse a nuestro equipo. Esta posición brindará servicio a propiedades residenciales y comerciales, aplicando tratamientos para mejorar y mantener áreas verdes saludables.

Responsabilidades:

Aplicar tratamientos pre-emergentes y post-emergentes para el control de maleza
Realizar servicios de fertilización en césped y áreas ajardinadas
Identificar y tratar malezas comunes y problemas del césped
Aplicar tratamientos de control de plagas (preferido, no requerido)
Manejar y aplicar productos químicos de forma segura y conforme a regulaciones
Mantener registros de servicio y comunicarse con la administración
Brindar buen servicio al cliente y representar a la empresa profesionalmente

Requisitos:

Experiencia en aplicación de tratamientos para propiedades residenciales y comerciales
Conocimiento en pre-emergentes, fertilización y control de maleza
Experiencia en control de plagas es una ventaja
Licencia de conducir válida (requerida)
Capacidad para trabajar al aire libre en diferentes condiciones climáticas
Atención al detalle y responsabilidad

Calificaciones Preferidas:

Licencia estatal de aplicador o disposición para obtenerla
Experiencia en trabajo por rutas

Compensación y Beneficios:
